The goal is to get the most ideas with a minimum of financial and time costs. The problem-solving process here has five stages: empathy, the ability to highlight the main thing, generating ideas, creating a prototype, checking an idea.
The task of a team leader is to create a sprint. A good leader performs several tasks before, during, and after each session. Success depends on the leader's ability to lead a team, manage a project, and understand how to work with short-term processes.
First, it is important to set a task for the session, and a good task should be formulated as briefly as possible, inspire and describe the target audience of the product, as well as the desired result. Also, the leader just needs to pick out a week in the schedule, assemble a team and prepare a pack of stickers to glue ideas on the wall.
During the sprint itself, the main thing is to work with space. The leader becomes the coordinator, their task is to coordinate the team, control the course of discussion, resolve conflicts, fix ideas, summarize interim results and celebrate victories.
